Public Safety Diving

I am a Public Safety Diver since 1984. I have build up and been leading Public Safety Dive teams of the German Red Cross (DRK) and the German Lifeguard Federation (DLRG) from 1986 - 2006.
Since 2014 I am a PADI Public Safety Diver Instructor and I have been the first one in the Sultanate of Oman.
Since, I am consulting and instructing the dive teams of the Royal Oman Police Coastguard and I have been working with the Royal Navy of Oman.
Since 2023 I am a PADI Advanced Public Safety Diver Instructor and I am one of the first ones in the PADI EMEA region.

I offer
consulting for build up and equipping of Public Safety Dive Teams,
as well as consulting for operational tactics.

In 2 courses in April and June 2019, in total 12 divers of the Royal Oman Police Coastguard qualified as PADI Rescue Divers and are now ready to go ahead with the next step - PADI Public Safety Diver.
